"Landscapes"
I’ve never really considered myself a landscape photographer. Perhaps
it’s because I grew up in Brooklyn, but every time I was surrounded by
breathtaking landscapes, my eyes, and my camera, couldn’t avoid seeing
the telephone pole, ski lift, electrical lines, roads etc etc.
However, after living in Switzerland these many years, traveling the
world extensively, I have come to appreciate the wonders and beauty that
the natural world can present to my eyes and camera. I have begun to
ignore those human fingerprints that I previously could not exclude.
And so I have found, maybe in spite of myself, the pure
sense of wonder and beauty that untouched ( at least through my camera
lens) nature can reveal.
